The commitment term is the one set in your quote and your contract, for the period agreed. Changing plan is done with our team, at any time.

The offer sets what the passport covers: Compliance, or Compliance + Identity. The plan sets the team, the brands, the API keys and the service. The included volume is the same in every plan.
Yes, on request, with us or with your reseller. Nothing is deleted: the passports, the codes already printed and the pieces already created stay in place. After a move to Compliance, the pieces stay readable, but they can no longer be claimed or transferred, and their chip is no longer read. Moving back to Compliance + Identity restores everything.
No. A QR code can be photocopied; only the NFC chip, with the Compliance + Identity offer, proves the object in your hand. The public proof shows that the content of the passport has not changed since it was written on a public blockchain, not that what the brand declared is accurate.
